It occurs to me that many peoples we encounter and interact at a daily routine are people we can't choose but to accept albeit reluctantly. Some of them are positive, some negative but mostly are neutral people. We are constantly influencing and being influenced by others. If we can't avoid the interaction with negative people, and can't do much about it, there is actually a simple way out with a tweak in our mindset: place major emphasis on the positive people in our daily life circle. This has the effect of diluting the negativity inevitably affecting us by the negative people. I'll call this strategy ' replenishing positivity’. The quality of our daily life can be made more engaging, rewarding, and happier by applying this simple mental tweak. Having said that, the strategy comes with a prerequisite, i.e., the availability of accessible, reliable candidate positive people. Identify these people and autopilot your daily life in the ‘replenishing positivity’ mode.
